The main access points to the Pohorje Regional Park are located at elevations above 1,000 metres and can be reached via paved but winding mountain roads.
Kope
Kope can be most easily reached from Slovenj Gradec.
Rogla
Rogla is most easily accessed from Zreče.
Trije Kralji
Trije kralji can be reached most conveniently from Slovenska Bistrica.
Areh
Areh is most easily accessed from Hoče.
Whenever possible, we strongly recommend using public transport.
- Regular bus line: Slovenske Konjice – Zreče – Rogla;
- Summer bus lines: Ruše – Areh; Spodnje Hoče – Areh
At the main entry points, interpretive infrastructure helps visitors learn more about Pohorje’s nature. We encourage you to explore the park on foot, by following marked hiking trails or designated cycling routes and roads. This is the best way to experience the true character of Pohorje.
